Special Date Night

I planned a special date for Lance. We rode horses to a special spot that I had set up earlier. Once we were there, we had special treats and few silly games to play. My sister and her husband came along with us.

Living at Grandma's House

Our new life at Grandma's great!.....So far. Grandma has kittens, and one of them loves to go to bed with Sydney.
Sydney and Tyson got to go the free kids movies in the afternoon. It was Tyson's first time and he loved it.

Raspberry Picking

We have to have raspberries! It's our favorite kind of jam. The kids were very well behaved, but they all got very dirty, especially Carson, who crawled around in the dirt the whole time.

Fireworks!

Our kids love FIREWORKS!!!

Our annual family 4th of July photo.

4th of July Morning

Lots of cousins were in town, we spent the morning playing outside with them.
We had a BBQ for dinner

Even Carson enjoyed the food

We spent the afternoon at lake on a boat and in the water.

Here are some of the cousins visiting.

Beginning of July

We started July off by going to buy fireworks. The place by my mom's house, where we are now living, had a bunch of blowup slides for the kids. This was the inside of a giant shark.
Sydney and Tyson climbing up the inside of a castle.

Sydney helped Grandpa get hay. They have to get 20 something tons to last the whole year.

The Big Move

Closing date finally arrived! We took several days to move most our stuff into the storage unit. The rest of our belongings we took to my moms house where we will be living. We got an extra big unit, 10 x 30. Apparently the average 3 bedroom house should fit in a 10 x 20, but we wanted to be on the safe side. It's a good thing, because that 10 x 30 is packed full. There is not way we could have managed with anything smaller.
I had to say goodbye to my garden, which has always done really well. The flower were just beginning to bloom. Everything I grow in my garden seems to be of giant proportions. The flower here is a hollyhock and they are suppose to be 4 to 6 feet tall. This one is close to 8 or 9 feet tall, I couldn't reach the top.
